E 117 We Hate Wallowing

We start off where the last episode left off, the break up. And start eating something Simon hates, store bought cookie dough, and aldi brand ice cream. We talka bout how Simon has never woken Abby up at exactly 6 AM in the morning. We discuss whether Rory is engaged in denial. Is Luke commiting a felony by assaulting a minor. Was Rory right to (spoiler) kiss Tristan.  We discuss how we hate the wallowing board.

E 115 No Martini's and Christophers

We talk about the episode being late, why its late. Why Abby hates Christopher. Why he doesn't look like Billy Crudup. Why Taylor should know more about Rory and Dean. The meeting of Christopher's parents Straub and Francine with Rory. How Christopher's parents are horrible. Was Richard's talk of sacrifice appropriate and blowup. Why Simon feels Christopher's Business failed due to the tech crunch of early 2000s vs Abby saying Christopher just sucks. And how this episode informs what will happen episode 16 for Rory.

E 116 Alfredo and we're not happy with Coke.

We start with a discussion of whether we like Coke at all. Whether Dean was overwhelmed by Tolstoy. Why we didn't do a 3 month anniversary. Is Tristan just obnoxious or absolutely malicious in his choice of making out at a locker. Does Rachel make sense for the supposed timeline of Gilmore Girls. How horrible was Lorelai's surprise date. How much did Dean pay for the anniversary date, and was his strong reaction to Rory not return "I love you". Then we question whether Rory's reaction to "I love you" was understandable.

E 114 We go full Trad

We go full trad, full suits and dresses, steak dinner and of course lime fantasy supreme, and talk about how "The Donna Reed Show" is about nothing. Then was Dean correct in his desires or was Rory. Was Luke right to expect Lorelai was calling him over to find a missing chick for other reasons. Lorealai's Magazine subscription tendencies.  We end on a Cliffhanger.

Episode 113 Poptarts and The Bangles

We talk about the Bangles being a awesome band, and good fruit vs bad fruit. How to make a proper poptart. Why Tristan is the worst. Why none of the rich families of Hartford vaccinate. We discussLuke's apparently ancient and absent ex Rachel. We focus on Paris and the development of her character. We have a segway about the presence of superman as a creep. And Why Charles the First was poorly represented when he was put on trial in England.

We need better Fries.

We don't get takeout fries, and Dean doesn't have a motorcycle. It's really easy to tell if coffee is decaf, and Baked Alaska may or may not be worth it. There are lots of awkward moments. Beethoven is an okay movie.

E 111 The House Is Burning and Homemade Pasta

We hademade our own pasta for this episode that being the handkerchief pasta with brown butter sauce, and we talk about how simon and abbby nearly burned the house down twice.  And then talk about Psycho where Simon reveals a totally not known spoiler. We discuss the begining of the development of Paris as a character, as well as Lorelai's strong adolescent tendencies. Finally we cover  the breakup of Max Medina and Lorelai, and how this episode uncover Lorelai's flaws.

E110 Santa Burgers are Good.

First, as the title says the Santa Burger is amazing, huge improvement over last episode. We cover the beautiful episode of Forgiveness and Stuff. Showing Lorelai and Rory seeking to resolve their difference from the previous episdoe, as well as then showing how Lorelai and Emily still are still in bad straits that will be resolved when Richard Gilmore goes to the hospital. We also comment on how  if the show had been canceled mid season this episode was a perfect way to end it.

E109 Bannans, Dances and WB Shows

Much shorter episode then the last. In this episode we cover the days leading up to and the night of Rory's first ever dance. We look at the dynamics of Rory and Dean's developing relationship. The various insanity of the Chilton Dance, little tangents various topics had. Simon has trouble eating our date food, the mashed banana's on toast. We talk how Dean naturally has been trained to fight demons. On more serious topics we talk of the challenges of the Emily, Lorelai relationship and why parents have a right to be freaked at their kids for not coming home when expected.

E 108 Pizza and many tangeants

An episode where we go way to long with way to many tangents. We discuss the apparent battle of Star's Hollow, if it was a battle. The right way to eat pizza. We discuss snow smelling , Abby nearly dying of the plague. We in a more serious context ask if Rory could be a better friend to Lane. We look at Dean's character development with way too many spoilers. We have way too many tangents and they go forever. We look at how this is the first non Gilmore Girl episode with Lane and Luke story line. Max and Lorelai's first date and the development of their relationship is looked at. A whole bunch of deviations on Emily and Richard.   Did we mention we have way too many tangents and this episode went way too long?
